Connie Buscema, President

Since 1988, Connie has been an integral part of the Connecticut Mason Contractors’ family! Serving as President of the company for 14 years, her attention to detail and “get it done” attitude insure the quality of every project from beginning to end. Connie is responsible for preparing bid documents and pre qualifications, working with bonding and insurance companies, and overseeing daily office functions. Due, in part, to Connie’s dedication, each project is executed professionally and conscientiously from start to finish.

Sal Indomenico, Vice President / General Manager

Sal has a proven track record of dependability and work ethic. With 15 years experience, Sal has a unique knowledge of the challenges facing each step of a project. He has worked his way through the company from Laborer Foreman to Mason Foreman to General Superintendant and finally General Manager. Having served well in each of these various capacities, Sal is an asset to our management team. Holding a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University he is highly qualified to oversee every facet of each project. From estimating and bidding through to oversight of field foremen, Sal draws from his training as a laborer and mason to ensure efficiency and quality at every site.

Enzo Indomenico, Field Superintendant

Beginning his masonry career as a laborer, Enzo worked to become a Union Mason. Within the last 10 years he has taken on ownership responsibilities within the company. Enzo is known to be a diligent Project Foreman, consistently bringing $100,000.00 to $3 million projects to completion on time and under budget. His skilled project oversight is evident in the following successful projects: Taft School, Beecher, Yale Social Science Academic Building, Middle Brook Elementary School, and Troup School in New Haven.  

John Civitillo, Estimator/Project Manager

John graduated from the International Masonry Institute Contractor College in 2003 and holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Rochester. An IMI certified contractor serving as President of The Mason Contractors Association of CT and serves on the Board of Directors of ICEBAC, John’s 33 years experience is respected throughout the trade community. More than a project manager, John is all about team work! John understands the needs of every project, having worked 28 years as an Estimator and Project Manager. From estimating, to negotiating, to signing the contract, John works closely with clients to understand their vision and expectations for each job. Respecting the owner’s budget and timeline makes John an effective Project Manager with numerous repeat clients.  

Carolyn Bonday, Administrative Assistant

Forty-three years with the company, Carolyn is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone line! As the key member of our office support staff, Carolyn handles payroll, accounts receivables and other administrative duties. She assists customers with questions regarding their account and serves as an employee liaison with management. Her loyal service throughout the years makes her an immeasurable asset to our team.

Brian D’Annolfo, Project Manager

Brian is the latest addition to the Connecticut Mason Contractors, Inc. team. He brings ten years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with knowledge of glazing, storefront, curtain wall, AVB, waterproofing, joint sealants, fireproofing, and masonry restoration. His detail-oriented mindset allows him to track and monitor projects accurately, safely, and within project timeline, ensuring a successful project, from submittals to closeouts.
